SHISEIDO ANTICELULÍTICO ADVANCED BODY CREATOR AROMATIC SCULPTING GEL

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal estáis? yo esta semana he tenido un día más de fiesta que me ha ayudado a recargar las pilas.

Hoy quisiera escribir sobre un producto que ya he utilizado en alguna otra ocasión y de nuevo he vuelto ahora a comprarlo es el Advanced Body Creator Aromatic body Gel.

Es un producto que me ayuda a luchar contra la celulitis y como es en formato gel, que es como a mi mas me gusta ,  no me supone el aplicarlo cada día.

Yo no lo utilizo mañana y noche, como es aconsejable, solamente lo aplico por la noche y da una sensación de frío cuando lo aplicas . La sensación de suavidad e hidratación se nota al instante, pero para notar una reducción de contorno, en mi caso no lo aprecio hasta los dos meses de tratamiento.
Lo que más llama la atención es el aroma que deja,  que es una mezcla de fragancias de especias y pomelo con la fragancia japonesa kuroho.

Mi opinión sobre el producto es muy buena, puesto que es el único anticelulítico que repito en su compra cada año, si que es verdad que alguno meses lo utilizo con otras marcas, pero siempre vuelvo a él por su textura y eficacia.

Hello everybody! How are you? I have had one more day of celebration this week that has helped me to recharge my batteries.

Today I would like to write about a product that I have already used in some other occasion and again I have returned now to buy, it´s the Advanced Body Creator Aromatic body Gel.

It´s a product that helps me fight against cellulite and how it´s in gel format, which is how I like it most.

I don´t use it tomorrow and night, as it´s advisable, I only apply it at night and it gives a cold feeling when you apply it. The sensation of softness and hydration is noticed instantly, but to notice a reduction of contour, in my case I do not appreciate it until two months of treatment.
What is most striking is the aroma that leaves, which is a mixture of spices and grapefruit fragrances with the Japanese kuroho fragrance.

My opinion about the product is very good, since it is the only anti-cellulite that I repeat in its purchase every year, if it is true that some months I use it with other brands, but I always return to it for it´s texture and effectiveness.

OUTFIT CON MOU

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal lleváis el fin de semana?  Imagino que en un frío que pela, pero oye ¡que es el tiempo de hacer frío!. Luego llegaremos a julio y nos quejaremos de calor.

Bueno a lo que voy, pues hoy quisiera poner un outfit que me gusta llevarlo con unas botas Mou.

                                                 
 Llevo un cuello alto negro de Zara.

  Los pantalones con dibujo de camuflaje, también son de Zara, de hace dos años y de la sección de niños.

                                    

Y de complementos llevo las botas Mou y el bolso de Louis Vuitton, el Speedy Bandolera Damier Ebène.

Y a vosotr@s ¿con que os gusta llevar las botas Mou?

Hello everybody! ¿How is going the weekend? I imagine that with a very cold , but hey it's time to be cold. Then we will arrive in July and we will complain about the heat.

Well what I'm going for, because today I would like to wear an outfit that I like to wear with Mou boots.

I'm wearing a black Zara sweater.

The pants with camouflage pattern are also from Zara, two years ago and from the children's section.

And of complements I take the boots Mou and the bag of Louis Vuitton, the Speedy Bandolera Damier Ebène.

And to you, what do you like to wear the Mou boots with?

MÁSCARA NEUTRÓGENA VISIBLY CLEAR.FOTOTERAPIA ANTI ACNÉ

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal va la semana? La mía conciliando viajes y familia, pero aquí estamos.

Hoy quisiera escribir sobre un producto que estamos probando y después de un mes de utilización es cuando comenzamos a notar sus resultados, es la Máscara de Neutrógena  Visible Clean.

La primera compra  cuesta  47,95 €, y  en la caja va la máscara y el activador, que lleva 30 sesiones y después lo que se compra es solamente el activador. 

Son 10 minutos al día de sesión y previamente hay que limpiarse el rostro y secarlo,  ponerse la máscara y relajarse en ese ratito porque se apaga sola.

Y yo cada día lo que hago es limpiarla con un algodón impregnado de alcohol, que aunque esto no lo he leído en ningún sitio, pero lo pregunté en la farmacia para saber que con esto no la iba a estropear y me dijeron que no había problema. Porque pensé que si se rozaba la cara ,esto le vendría bien para desinfectarla.

En cuanto a sus resultados, yo puedo decir que si que ha ayudado a reducir los brotes, pero después de comenzar el segundo activador. Y también comentar que la crema que damos por la noche en la cara que es de farmacia y recetada por dermatólogo no la hemos dejado de aplicar , así que yo creo que la mejoría ha sido por la utilización de todo.

De los pequeños puntitos de la máscara es de donde salen las luces y es cómoda de utilizar.

En cuanto a las contraindicaciones, advierten que si se tiene la piel sensible a la luz o se utilizando medicamentos que pueden causar sensibilidad cutánea a la luz. Y tampoco la aconsejan a las embarazadas o  en periodo de lactancia. Pero lo mejor en estos casos es preguntar al médico o farmacéutico que son los que mejor nos pueden aconsejar.

Vamos por la sesión 16 del segundo activador, y al acabarlo compraré otro más y así haber estado utilizándola tres meses. Creo que no es la panacea para combatir el acné, pero que es una ayuda más que complementamos con otros productos específicos, así que en esta ocasión las opiniones que os encontraréis serán diversas porque en cada piel reaccionara de una manera y no nos olvidemos que no es como un tratamiento de fototerapia de cabina.

Hello everybody! How's the week? My week, reconciling trips and family, but here we are.

Today I would like to write about a product that we are testing and after a month of use is when we begin to notice its results, it is the Neutrogena Visible Clean Mask. 

The first purchase costs € 47.95, and in the box goes the mask and the activator, whith  30 sessions and then what you buy is only the activator.

They are 10 minutes a day of session and previously you have to wipe your face and dry it, put on the mask and relax in that little while because it goes off alone.

And every day what I do is clean it with cotton impregnated with alcohol, although I did not read it somewhere, I asked at the pharmacy to know that this was not going to ruin it and they said there was no problem. Because I thought that if he rubbed his face this would be good to disinfect it.

In terms of its results, I can say that it has helped reduce outbreaks, but after starting the second activator. And also comment that the cream that we give at night in the face that is pharmacy and prescribed by dermatologist we have not stopped applying it, so I think the improvement has been for the use of everything.

The small dots of the mask are where the lights come from and it is comfortable to use.

Regarding the contraindications, they warn that if you have sensitive skin to light or using medications that can cause skin sensitivity to light. And neither do they advise pregnant women or breastfeeding women. But the best thing in these cases is to ask the doctor or pharmacist who are the ones who can best advise us.

We go for session 16 of the second activator, and when I finish it I will buy another one and have been using it for three months. I think it is not the panacea to combat acne, but it is one more help that we complement with other specific products, so this time the opinions that you will find will be different because in each skin it will react in a way and let's not forget that it does not It's like a cabin phototherapy treatment.

OUTFIT SNOOPY Y MOU

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal estáis pasando estos días de frío?

Yo hoy quiero poner un outfit, muy cómodo y que he utilizado en estos  días de frío.

El jersey es de esta temporada de Zara

Los leggins son de hace como tres temporadas, son más gruesos y solamente los puedo utilizar en invierno y también es de Zara.

                                  

 

Y de complementos llevo las botas Mou y el bolso Speddy 35 de bandolera.

Today I want to put an outfit, very comfortable and that I have used in these cold days.

The leggings are from three seasons ago, they are thicker and I can only use them in winter.(Zara)

                                     

And of complements I wear the Mou boots and the Speddy 35 shoulder bag.

RUTINA DE BELLEZA DE NOCHE

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal está siendo la semana?

Después de hablar de varios productos de belleza, hoy quisiera juntarlos en un solo blog , y así escribir sobre los que utilizo en la noche. He de decir que algunas veces, dependiendo de la hora me puede dar algo de pereza pero procuro no saltarme ningún paso.

Comienzo utilizando un aceite desmaquillante, que lo utilizo hace relativamente poco. Y es  el Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil de Kiehl´s, me gusta porque lo reparto por toda la cara, incluso por los ojos y retira perfectamente la máscara de pestañas. Lo retiro con agua abundante.

El siguiente paso, es el jabón Perfectly Clean de Estee Lauder. Me encanta la sensación de frescor que me deja, y con este producto me aseguro de no dejar ningún rastro de maquillaje en mi cara. Con muy poca cantidad, hace espuma y me encanta.

Estando la piel perfectamente limpia, procedo a poner en un algodón el tónico que es también de Kiehl´s , el de caléndula. Ma gusta porque no reseca mi piel pero me controla la grasa que pueda tener.

Y ya paso al tratamiento. Comienzo con la crema de ojos, que he descubierto hace poco la de Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Superchanged Complex. Lo que más me gusta de este producto es la sensación que deja en mi piel de hidratación.    

Luego me aplico el aceite de Midnight Recovery Concentrate que es un suero reparador de noche que lleva aceite de lavanda  y de onagra y ahora en invierno me gusta utilizarlo porque me noto la piel mucho mejor.

Después de este suero, paso a la Super Multi-Corrective Cream, que tersa, reafirma e hidrata la piel.

En verano tengo que reconocer que estos dos productos juntos no me gusta la sensación de pesadez que deja en la piel, pero en invierno me ocurre lo contrario, necesito los dos para que mi piel esté bien.

Con esto acabaría mi rutina de noche. Son varios productos, pero no tardo más de 10 minutos, incluyendo el lavado de cara y una vez que llevas varias semanas, se convierte en una rutina que no cuesta el realizarla todas las noches.

Hello everybody! How is the week going?

After talking about several beauty products, today I would like to put them together in a single blog, and write about the ones I use at night. I have to say that sometimes, depending on the time, it can give me some laziness but I try not to skip any step.

I start using a makeup remover oil, which I used relatively recently. And it's Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil Kiehl's, I like it because I distribute it all over my face, even through my eyes and perfectly remove the mascara. I remove it with abundant water.

The next step is Estee Lauder's soap, Perfectly Clean. I love the feeling of freshness that leaves me, and with this product I make sure not to leave any trace of makeup on my face. With very little quantity, it foams and I love it.

                                             

While the skin is perfectly clean, I proceed to put in a cotton the tonic that is also Kiehl's, that of calendula. I like it because it does not dry out my skin but it controls me the fat I may have.

                                                              

And I  go to the treatment.

I start with the eye cream, which I discovered recently that of Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Superchanged Complex. What I like most about this product is the sensation that it leaves on my skin of hydration.

                                      

                                     

Then I apply the oil of Midnight Recovery Concentrate which is a night repair serum that it has lavender and evening primrose oil and now in winter I like to use it because I notice the skin much better.

After him, I move on to the Super Multi-Corrective Cream, which smoothes, firms and moisturizes the skin.

                                   

                                   

In summer I have to recognize that these two products together I do not like the feeling of heaviness that leaves on the skin, but in winter the opposite happens to me, I need both to make my skin look good.

With this I would finish my night routine. There are several products, but it does not take more than 10 minutes, including washing the face and once you have several weeks, it becomes a routine that does not cost to do it every night.
