ANTICELULÍTICA ELIFEXIR

¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Qué tal esta última semana de abril? Parece que poco a  poco, vamos recuperando la "normalidad" y la pongo entre comillas porque  igual a lo que vivimos antes del confinamiento no va a ser, pero los niñ@s ya van saliendo a la calle desde el domingo y a partir del día 2 de mayo ya se podrá salir a hacer deporte.

Hoy quisiera escribir sobre un producto que llevo utilizándolo 1 mes y me está gustando en relación a la calidad/precio que tiene es el Elifexir Minucell gel anticelulítico.

Es un tratamiento de rápida absorción y de textura fresca que nos la recomiendan para ayudar a la eliminación de la grasa corporal y mejorar la piel de forma visible.

Yo lo compré porque se me acabó el que suelo utilizar  que lo venden en perfumerías y no quería hacer encargo por internet pues decidí que lo compararía en la farmacia y me decidí por este que es muy barato.

Es un gel muy fresco y que se absorbe rápidamente y favorece la microcirculación gracias a la planta Glycyrrhiza Glabra, proporcionando mediante la aplicación continuada una acción drenante. 

Lo aplico por la mañana y por la noche, de manera ascendente y tengo que decir que no me esperaba el resultado, y aunque tengo claro que la celulitis la combates con una buena alimentación  y ejercicio, pienso que los productos cosméticos ayudan a que no vaya a más y este en mi caso, lo cumple y lo que se nota al instante es la suavidad que le proporciona a la piel, aportando hidratación y haciendo que la piel se vea más tersa. Así que por los  9,5  € que cuesta, voy a repetir con él.

Hello everybody! How about this last week of April? It seems that little by little, we are recovering "normality" and I put it in quotation marks because the same as what we lived before the confinement will not be, but the children are already going out on the street from Sunday and from day 2 May you can go out to do sports.


Today I would like to write about a product that I have been using it for 1 month and I am liking it in relation to the quality / price it has is the Elifexir Minucell anti-cellulite gel.

It´s a fast absorbing treatment with a fresh texture that is recommended to us to help eliminate body fat and visibly improve the skin.
I bought it because I ran out of the one I usually use that is sold in perfume shops and I did not want to order online because I decided that I would compare it at the pharmacy and I decided on this one that is very cheap.

It´s a very fresh gel that is quickly absorbed and favors microcirculation thanks to the Glycyrrhiza Glabra plant, providing a draining action through continued application.

I apply it in the morning and at night, in an ascending way and I have to say that I did not expect the result, and although I am clear that you fight cellulite with a good diet and exercise, I think that cosmetic products help it not go more and this in my case, meets it and what is instantly noticeable is the softness it provides to the skin, providing hydration and making the skin look smoother. So for the.   € it costs, I will repeat with it.

And you? What type of product to combat cellulite do you use?

3 OUTFITS CON FALDA PLISADA

¡¡Buenos días de domingo!! ¿qué tal ha sido la semana? Espero que todo esté bien.

Hoy quisiera poner 3 looks con una misma falda.

Es una falda que compré en un mercadillo y me costó 14€


1.FALDA PLISADA CON CAMISETA

La imagen que quiero transmitir es casual, y aunque en un principio este tipo de prenda pudiéramos pensar que nos va a dar un aspecto más formal, nada más lejos de la realidad.

La camiseta es de Stradivarius de la temporada pasada y las deportivas son las Stan Smith de Adidas.(69,97 €). Por cierto , ¿sabéis que esta zapatilla, antes de ser conocida como Stan Smith, se llamaba Robert Haillet?, que era el nombre de otra leyenda del tenis,. Fué una deportiva que revolucionó el calzado de tenis y era la favorita de los mejores tenistas del mundo.

2.FALDA PLISADA CON TOP Y JERSEY.

Esta vez he querido combinar la prenda principal con un top, y a esto le he añadido un jersey que aunque en un principio iba a elegirlo en rosa, al final quise hacer un total look en negro. Y como calzado unos con cordones.

     

3.FALDA PLISADA CON BLAZER.

En este caso tenía claro que la prenda que le iba a añadir sería una blazer con un color llamativo y elegí el rojo, por lo que la camiseta la quería también en negro(3€Primark) y los zapatos son unas manoletinas doradas

Today I would like to put 3 looks with the same skirt.

It is a skirt that I bought at a street market and it cost me € 14

1.PLEATED SKIRT WITH T-SHIRT

The image I want to convey is casual, and although at first this type of garment we could think that it will give us a more formal appearance, nothing could be further from reality.

Armani Exchange T-shirt and the sneakers are the Stan Smith from Adidas (€ 69.97). By the way, do you know that this shoe, before being known as Stan Smith, was called Robert Haillet ?, which was the name of another tennis legend. It was a sports shoe that revolutionized tennis shoes and was the favorite of the best tennis players in the world.

2.PLEATED SKIRT WITH TOP AND

This time I wanted to combine the main garment with a top, and to this I added a sweater that although at first I was going to choose it in pink, in the end I wanted to make a total look in black. And as shoes with laces.

3.PLEATED SKIRT WITH BLAZER.

In this case it was clear that the garment that I was going to add would be a blazer with a striking color and I chose red, so the T-shirt also wanted it in black (€ 3 Primark) and the shoes are golden flats

SERUM 10 CON VITAMINA C DE SKINCEUTICALS

¡Buenos días de miércoles! ¿Qué tal está siendo esta semana? Espero que todo bien.

Aprovechando estos días, estoy sacando productos de cuidado facial que tenía y no había utilizado todavía , así que en vez de reponer cuando se me ha acabado alguno, he decido utilizar los que ya tengo e incluso las muestras que tenía guardadas, también las estoy probando.

En este caso es el Serum 10 de Skinceuticals.

Es un serum antioxidante que proporciona protección medioambiental y se puede utilizar incluso en pieles sensibles , como la mía.

Entre sus componentes contiene un 10% de vitamina C pura y ácido ferúlico para ayudar a neutralizar los radicales libres

Al contener vitamina C contribuye a minimizar las líneas de expresión, y no contiene parabenos, perfume, alcohol y colorantes.

Lo utilizo por la mañana después del tónico y antes de la crema hidratante, y me está encantando. Se absorbe rápidamente y se ha adaptado a mi piel perfectamente sin producirme ninguna reacción, a pesar que otros productos que contienen vitamina c y que he probado con anterioridad no me habían ido nada bien. Así que aunque no es un producto barato porque 30ml cuesta 91,50€, creo que merece la pena su la inversión.

Y vosotros ¿lo habéis probado? o ¿habéis utilizado algún serum con Vitamina C y que os ha gustado mucho?

Good morning Wednesday! How is this week being? I hope everything is fine.

Taking advantage of these days, I am taking out facial care products that I had and had not yet used, so instead of replacing when I have run out of some, I have decided to use the ones that I already have and even the samples that I had saved, I am also testing them .
In this case it is the Serum 10 from Skinceuticals.

It´s an antioxidant serum that provides environmental protection and can be used even on sensitive skin, such as mine.

It´s components contain 10% pure vitamin C and ferulic acid to help neutralize free radicals
Containing vitamin C it helps to minimize expression lines, and does not contain parabens, perfume, alcohol and dyes.

I use it in the morning after the toner and before the moisturizer, and I'm loving it. It absorbs quickly and has adapted to my skin perfectly without causing any reaction, despite the fact that other products that contain vitamin C and that I have tried previously have not been successful. So although it is not a cheap product because 30ml costs € 91.50, I think it is worth the investment.

3 OUTFITS CON LEGGINS PARA CASA VS CALLE

Buenos días de domingo!!! ¿Qué tal seguís ? Espero que tanto vosotr@s como vuestras familias estéis bien:

Hoy quisiera mostrar 3 ideas de looks con leggings que son cómodas para estar en casa, pero que cambiando sus complementos o poniendo alguna prenda más nos servirán  cuando podamos salir a la calle.

La prenda en la que me baso, es un legging de color negro de Primark  que su precio es de  4 €.

1. LEGGINS CON CAMISA BLANCA

He optado para ir por casa con una camisa blanca, larga y ancha. Y como zapatillas llevo unas de Reebook, muy blanditas y cómodas, aunque reconozco que me gusta ir descalza.

Para poder  llevarlo a la calle, le pongo un situó de lazo negro y cambio las deportivas por unas botas  cortas de Zara.

2.LEGGINS CON CAMISETA MANGA LARGA

Sigo con las deportivas de Reebook y en esta  ocasión he optado por una camiseta holgada de manga larga con dibujo.

Y para llevarlo en el exterior le pondría una blazer larga con cuadritos blancos y negros y de calzado optaría por unos zapatos planos en plateado.

3. LEGGINS CON CAMISETA MANGA TRES CUARTOS.

En este look no he variado con el anterior salvo por la largura de las mangas de la camiseta y el dibujo de ella.

Y para el exterior utilizaría una sobre camisa larga y de color negro, y de calzado unas manoletinas de color dorado.


Los 3 looks son muy sencillos de hacer y he querido utilizar colores básicos porque todo el mundo tiene este tipo de camisetas y estos colores en su armario.

Today I would like to show 3 ideas of looks with leggings that are comfortable to be at home, but that changing their accessories or putting some more garment will serve us when we can go outside.

The garment on which I choose, is a black legging from Primark that its price is € 4.

1. LEGGINS WITH WHITE SHIRT

I have chosen to stay at home in a long, wide white shirt. And as sneakers I wear Reebook ones, very soft and comfortable, although I admit that I like to go barefoot.

To be able to take it to the street, I put a black bow on it and change the trainers for some Zara short boots.

2.LEGGINS WITH LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT

I continue with the Reebook sneakers and this time I have opted for a loose long-sleeved shirt with a drawing.

And to wear it outside I would put a long blazer with black and white squares and footwear I would opt for some flat shoes in silver.


3. LEGGINS WITH THREE QUARTERS SLEEVE T-SHIRT.

In this look I have not varied with the previous one except for the length of the sleeves of the shirt.

And for the exterior I would use a long black shirt, and a pair of gold-colored flat shoes.


The 3 looks are very easy to do and I wanted to use basic colors because everyone has this type of T-shirt and these colors in their wardrobe.

And how do you like to combine a garment as basic as leggings?

MI RANKING TOP 5 DE CREMA DE MANOS

¡Buenos días a todos! ¿Qué tal estáis siguiendo el confinamiento? Mucho ánimo a tod@s.

Hoy quiero escribir sobre mis 5 cremas de manos preferidas actualmente . Con la cantidad de veces que nos tenemos que lavar las manos, están se resecan mucho y necesitan que las protejamos con hidratación extra, por lo que he tenido que probar otros productos más intensos que de no ser por el momento que estamos, no creo que hubiera llegado a ellos.

5.PINK COCONUT Hand cream with shea butter. De Victoria´s Secret.

Esta crema, que me gusta muchísimo su aroma, es la que me gusta llevar e el bolso, puesto que no es nada grasa. Pero se queda corta en cuanto a la hidratación por lo que por el momento he decidido, guardarla.

4. NIVEA.Cuidado intensivo de manos.

De ella me gusta que lleva aceite de almendras, tiene una absorción rápida y su aroma es como el de la crema Nivea tradicional. Su precio es aproximadamente de 3€ los 100ml.

3.NEUTRÓGENA. Crema de manos concentrada.

Es un producto que da mucha  hidratación y no tiene perfume por lo que ayuda a ser tolerada sin problemas por las pieles sensibles.Aunque en un primer momento su textura es para mi gusto un poco grasa, luego se absorbe bien.

2.EUCERIN PH5
Crema recomendada para una piel sensible y seca y me ayudó a restaurar toda la sequedad que tenía. A mi me costó 5,3€, pero luego mirando en distintos portales en internet, he visto que se puede comprar algo más barata.

1.EMOLIENTA MANOS
ES la última que estoy utilizando y la que me pongo ates de irme a dormir. Para mi ha sido un descubrimiento, me encanta.Se absorbe con facilidad, el ligero aroma que tiene me agrada y con poca cantidad puedo extenderla perfectamente.
Contiene ácido hialurónico, urea y escualano lo que ayuda a tener unas propiedades hidratantes y emolientes y permite la reparación de la piel más rápidamente que otras cremas. Su precio es de 5,95€ y venía con una pequeña muestra para los labios que todavía no he probado.
Sé que o voy a dejar de utilizarla.

Good morning to everybody! How are you following the confinement? Much encouragement to everyone.

Today I want to write about my 5 currently preferred hand creams. With the number of times we have to wash our hands, they are very dry and need us to protect them with extra hydration, so I have had to try other more intense products than if it were not for the moment that we are, I do not think that  I would have tried them .

5.PINK COCONUT Hand cream with shea butter. From Victoria´s Secret.
This cream, which I really like its aroma, is the one I like to carry in my bag, since it is not greasy at all. But it falls short in terms of hydration so for the moment I have decided to save it.

4. NIVEA. Intensive hand care.
I like that it has almond oil, it has a quick absorption and its aroma is like that of traditional Nivea cream. Its price is approximately € 3 per 100ml.

3.NEUTRÓGENA. Concentrated hand cream.
It is a product that gives a lot of hydration and has no perfume, so it helps to be tolerated without problems by sensitive skin, although at first its texture is a little greasy for my taste, then it is well absorbed.

2.EUCERIN PH5
Recommended cream for sensitive and dry skin and helped me restore all the dryness I had. It cost me € 5.3, but then looking at different portals on the internet, I have seen that you can buy something cheaper.

1.HAND GROWING
It is the last one I am using and the one I wear before going to sleep. For me it has been a discovery, I love it. It is easily absorbed, the light aroma it has pleases me and with a small amount I can extend it perfectly.
It contains hyaluronic acid, urea and squalane which helps to have moisturizing and emollient properties and allows skin repair faster than other creams. It´s price is € 5.95 and it came with a small sample for the lips that I have not yet tried.I know, I will not stop using it

OUTFIT PARA ESTAR EN CASA(III)

¡Buenos días de domingo!¿Qué tal estáis? Espero que tanto vostr@s como vuestras familias estéis bien.

Siguiendo con los looks para estar en casa, hoy quisiera poner uno con jeans.  Yo casi todos los días me arreglo como si fuera a salir a la calle, aunque requisito indispensable , es que esté super cómoda.

Por eso hoy he elegido este, que con anterioridad utilizaba cuando podíamos salir (foto)

Lo primero, es que utilicemos vaqueros que nos sean muy, pero que muy cómodos, que nos nos aprieten la cintura cuando nos sentemos y si son skinny , que el porcentaje de elastano sea el suficiente para que se acomoden bien al cuerpo.

Yo en esta ocasión utilizo un slouchy y aunque me gusta llevarlo con chaquetas tipo la de la foto, en casa también lo estoy llevando con sudadera.
Este slouchy, pero en color azul vaquero,está ahora en special price en Zara y su ref. 8727/063

Continuing with the looks to be at home, today I would like to put one with jeans. Almost every day I get ready as if I was going out, although it is a requisite that it is super comfortable.

That is why today I have chosen this one, which I have previously taken to the street (photo)

The first thing is that we use jeans that are very, very comfortable, that they do not squeeze our waist when we sit down and if they are skinny, that the percentage of elastane is enough to fit the body well.

This time I use a slouchy and although I like to wear it with jackets like the one in the photo, at home I am also wearing it with a sweatshirt.
