 ¡Hola a todo el mundo!!!! Esperando que esteis teniendo un buen domingo, hoy quisiera escribir sobre un gel limpiador facial el Mela B3 micro peeling de la Roche Posay.

Al volver de las vacaciones he decidido que quiero comenzar a probar productos para combatir las manchas de la piel , y como me gusta ir probándolos de uno en uno , he comenzado por el gel limpiador.

El gel Mela B3, está formulado para unificar el tono de piel y reducir las manchas a la vez que aportar luminosidad. Es adecuado para todo tipo de pieles, incluso las sensibles.

Decir que me gusta porque la micro exfoliación que hace en la piel,se nota desde las primeras aplicaciones, pero en cuanto a las manchas es un producto que por si solo no ayuda a que se atenuen. Así que considero que si que puede ser bueno para complementar con otros serum y cremas para luchar contra las manchas pero que por si solo no hace nada.

Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday. Today, I’d like to write about a facial cleansing gel: La Roche-Posay’s Mela B3 Micro-Peeling Gel.

After returning from vacation, I decided I wanted to start trying products to combat dark spots. Since I prefer testing them one at a time, I began with the cleansing gel.

The Mela B3 gel is formulated to even out skin tone and reduce dark spots while adding radiance. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

 

I like it because the micro-exfoliation effect is noticeable from the very first few uses; however, regarding dark spots, it doesn't help fade them on its own. So, while I think it’s a great product to complement other serums and creams for fighting dark spots, it doesn't do much by itself.

OUTFIT BLAZER NEGRA Y PANTALÓN CORTO BLANCO/OUTFIT BLACK BLAZER AND WHITE SHORTS

 ¡Hola a todo el mundo! Espero que todo bien en este septiembre.

Hoy quisiera mostrar una combinación de pantalones cortos que son más de sport y una americana que le da un aire más clásico.

La bermuda es de tejido vaquero en color blanco, y aunque es de la temporada de Zara  de verano, ya no está disponible, pero en Stradivarius, tienen una baggy parecida a la mía , ref.1361/244/003, y de prendas superiores llevo una camiseta con estampado de pugs (que es un perro que me encanta) que es de hace varias temporadas de Bershka, y la blazer, que en su composición lleva un 52% de lino, ref.2752/530/800.

   Y de calzado llevo unas sandalias blancas.

¿Qué os parece?

Today I wanted to show you a combination of shorts that are more casual and a blazer that gives it a more classic look.

          

The shorts are white denim, and although they're from Zara's summer collection, they're no longer available. However, Stradivarius has a similar baggy pair, ref. 1361/244/003. For the top, I'm wearing a pug print t-shirt (pugs are one of my favorite dogs) that's from a few seasons ago at Bershka, and the blazer, which is 52% linen, ref. 2752/530/800.

   

And I'm wearing white sandals.

CUERO CABELLUDO SENSIBLE/SENSITIVE SCALP

 Buenos días de domingo! Y ya estamos en el primer fin de semana de septiembre, en el que es un mes de   nuevos comienzos y aunque se deja atrás el verano, lo mejor es tener nuevas ilusiones y energías renovadas.

Hoy quisera escribir sobre como he tenido que cambiar mis hábitos de rutina capilar. El verano con el calor, arena, salitre y cloro ha debilitado mi barrera protectora del cuero cabelludo volviéndolo más sensible. Por lo que me ha hecho ir probando distintos champús, convirtiéndose en mis preferidos dos de ellos. Champú calmante de Kerastase.

Lleva en sus ingredientes aceite de calófilo, con acción antiinflamatorias y la piroctona olamina propiedades antibacterianas. Estos dos activos eliminan las impurezas pero también le da ligereza al pelo.

El bote de 250ml lo encuentro a 22,99€ en Druni.

Y como opción más económica, pero tengo que decir igual de buena e incluso mejor está el de la marca Dercos, champú ultracalmante.

          

Hay que aplicarlo y dejarlo actuar durante un minuto antes de aclararlo. Calma al momento, pero no es verdaderamente efectivo, por lo menos en mi caso, hasta pasado 15 días de su utilización.

Y aunque es un incordio esto de la sensibilidad en la piel, espero que pase pronto, ahora que ya he dejado el sol, la playa y piscina .

Good Sunday morning! And we're already in the first weekend of September, a month of new beginnings. Although summer is behind us, it's best to have new hopes and renewed energy.

Today I'd like to write about how I've had to change my hair care routine. Summer, with its heat, sand, salt, and chlorine, has weakened my scalp's protective barrier, making it more sensitive. This has led me to try different shampoos, and two of them have become my favorites. The first is Kerastase Soothing Shampoo.

          

Its ingredients include tamanu oil, with anti-inflammatory properties, and piroctone olamine, which has antibacterial properties. These two active ingredients remove impurities and also leave hair feeling light and airy.

I found the 250ml bottle for €22.99 at Druni.

And as a more economical option, but one that I have to say is just as good, or even better, is the Dercos Ultra-Soothing Shampoo.

          

You have to apply it and leave it on for a minute before rinsing it off. It soothes instantly, but it's not truly effective, at least in my case, until after 15 days of use.

And although this skin sensitivity is a nuisance, I hope it passes soon, now that I've given up the sun, the beach, and the pool.
